I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, with a genuine focus on guest experience. A special mention goes to one of the breakfast staff who noticed I follow a vegetarian diet. Since the vegetarian options weren’t clearly labeled, she kindly arranged for the kitchen to prepare a special meal just for me and personally brought it over. Such thoughtful service really stood out. The room was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and excellent amenities. I loved the pillow menu — a small touch that made a big difference — and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for tourists, with easy access to the main attractions and transport options. Suggestion for improvement: It would be great to have a fresh juice station at breakfast, allowing guests to mix and match fruits and enjoy freshly made juices on the spot. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, comfort, and convenience.

The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

Convenient to walk to Chunxi Road about 30 min walk and easy to take taxi. Thank you to Andy Chin. He given us a lot of information about famous spots. Thank you to A.M.Hasnain, Jerry,Sky and the lady who clean my room every day. We had a great time as guest at THE RITZ-CARLTON .We will definitely come back again.

Ask for a souvenir room key if you want one.
